Hi there!!!
I was born and raised in Richard Toll, a small town in the North of Senegal where I did my primary and secondary school studies. After high school, I went to Cheikh Anta Diop University where I obtained a Master's degree in English with a specialization in American literature and Civilization.
I have been teaching English as a Foreign Language for a couple of years now and I am also involved in ESP at the English Langage Institute (ELI) in Dakar.
I am currently doing an MA in ELT with a specialism in Teacher Education and Development (TED) at Warwick University. I am also doing ICT as an optional module to extend my knowledge in this area. I was granted a scholarship from the Hornby trust to upgrade my ELT skills and share my experience and expertise with my peers once back home. I am enjoying life in the UK despite a little bit of homesickness.
I am really keen on using the new technology in order to motivate my learners and enhance their digital literacy and English speaking skills.
